RED BAND COUNTRY 2023 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Entry into the Red Band Country 2023 promotion (hereinafter referred to as ‘Promotion’) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is: Skellerup Industries Limited.
Entry to the Promotion is open to all New Zealand residents in June, July and August 2023. Entry to the Promotion in September 2023 will be open to everyone worldwide. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies are ineligible to participate to WIN the Prize.
Promotion Period: The Promotion starts at 8:00am NZST on the first day of the month and ends at 5:00pm NZST on the last day of the calendar month, until the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that the Promotion will end.
To enter and be eligible for the Prize draw, individuals must complete the online entry form during the Promotion Period.
The Promoter accepts no liability for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.
The Prize will vary each month. The Prize for September is a limited edition Red Band Tee and a Pair of Red Bands (Men; Women/Youth; Children; Junior styles available) x3 winners. The Prizes are not transferable, deferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for any other product and cannot be taken as cash.
The Winner will be selected by the Promoter after the Promotion Period ends. This draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner will be contacted via contact details provided at entry and announced via the Promoter’s social media pages and website once the Winner has been verified and contacted, within 24hrs of being drawn.
If the Winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, at Promoter’s option that Winner will forfeit the Prize with no right of compensation and the Prize will be redrawn.
By claiming the Prize the Winner agrees for their name/city and photos to be used on the Promoter’s website, Facebook and Instagram page, email newsletter and to be available for photo opportunities. The Winner agrees to media releases regarding their win which includes, but is not limited to, photographs on the Promoter’s website, Facebook and Instagram Page, email newsletter and press releases.
All costs incurred by an entrant in association with this Promotion are the sole responsibility of the entrant. Neither the Promoter, nor its associated companies or agencies are responsible for any loss, injury, death or misadventure that may occur as a result of taking the Prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies exclude all liability or loss arising directly or indirectly with this Promotion, the Prizes or any other prizes.
Any personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be held by the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.
By submitting a photo, entrants are confirming they are the owner of the image and have permission from any subjects featured, or their legal guardians, to be included in the competition. Entrants also confirm their entry does not infringe any copyright laws.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter can continue to contact them by email as they have agreed to receive the Promoter’s email newsletter. Subject to any applicable privacy laws.
The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to this Promotion, the Prizes, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
