Moving Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Entry into the Skellerup Moving Day 2023 Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as ‘Promotion’) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is: Skellerup Industries Limited.
Entry to the Promotion is open to all New Zealand residents. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies are ineligible to participate to WIN the Prize.
Promotion Period: The Promotion starts on 21 May 2023 at 4:00pm NZST and ends on 29 May 2023 at 10:00pm NZST.
To enter and be eligible for the Prize draw, individuals must like the Skellerup Industries Ltd Facebook page and comment the person they are nominating to win the Prize on the Moving Day Promotion Facebook post. The Promoter has the sole discretion to determine whether the entrant meets these requirements.
The Promoter accepts no liability for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.
The Prize includes Moving Day survival pack with a selection of groceries and TWO pairs of Skellerup 4×4 Gumboots (choice of 4×4 Power OR 4×4 Marathon styles) for themselves and a mate. The Prize is not transferable, deferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for any other product and cannot be taken as cash.
Deadline for entries: Monday 29 May at 10pm.
The Prize draw will take place on Tuesday 30 May 2023. The Winner will be randomly drawn and contacted directly via Facebook private message. The Winner will be announced via the Skellerup Industries Ltd Facebook page once the Winner has been verified and contacted, within 24hrs of being drawn.
If a Winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, at Promoter’s option that Winner will forfeit the Prize with no right of compensation and the Prize will be redrawn.
All costs incurred by an entrant in association with this Promotion are the sole responsibility of the entrant. Neither the Promoter, nor its associated companies or agencies are responsible for any loss, injury, death or misadventure that may occur as a result of taking the Prize. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies exclude all liability or loss arising directly or indirectly with this Promotion, the Prize or any other prizes.
Any personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be held by the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.
The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to this Promotion, the Prizes, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
