Mother’s Day Giveaway T&Cs
- Information on this promotion (Promotion) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry to the Promotion is open to residents of New Zealand only. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
- To enter the Prize draw, entrants must be following the Skellerup Red Band Facebook and Instragm pages and comment the person they are nominating to win one of the three Prizes on the Mother’s Day Promotion Facebook and/or Instagram post.
- Entrants will go into the draw to win one of three Prizes. Each Prize includes two pairs of Skellerup Pink Band gumboots for themselves and a mum. The Promoter has the sole discretion to determine whether the entrant meets these requirements.
- Deadline for entries: Thursday 11 May 2023 at 5 pm.
- No responsibility is accepted for lost or misdirected entries. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.
- Three Prizes are available. Each Prize (x3) includes: TWO pairs of Skellerup Pink Band gumboots (Mens and Women/Youth styles are available).
- The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The Prize draw will take place on Friday 12 May 2023. The Winner will be announced on Facebook and Instagram through a public announcement to the Skellerup Red Band Facebook and Instagram pages. The Winner will be contacted directly by Facebook or Instagram private message.
- All costs incurred by an entrant in association with this Promotion are the sole responsibility of the entrant. Neither the Promoter, nor its associated companies or agencies are responsible for any loss, injury, death or misadventure that may occur as a result of taking the Prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies exclude all liability or loss arising directly or indirectly with this Promotion, the Prizes or any other prizes.
- The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to this Promotion, the Prizes, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Any personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be held by the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.
- By participating in the Promotion, you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
