We maintain a very wide range of these compounds in stock for fast service at the same high level of laboratory quality.

Keeping you in production

Surface finish: all standard finishes - class 4 rough turned, class 3 std. grinding, class 2 fine grinding, class 1 polished. Special finishes - creped, tooled, grooved to your specification.

Crowning: to specification. No design restrictions.

Hardness: to specification. Tolerances to RMA standards.

Applications: Compounds formulated and rolls covered for all major industries - pulp and paper, tanning, steel, forestry and board production, food industry, printing and packaging, general manufacturing.

Steel roll inspection - carried out after initial stripping, grit blasting and surface protection to ensure basic soundness.

Proof grinding - to detect cover blemishes and vulcanizing defects.

Despatch inspection - dimensions and hardness, bearing journals, shipping protection.
